The Role: Experienced Painter & Decorator
We are actively recruiting experienced painters and decorators to work on a variety of projects in Oxford and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a challenge, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a professional team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing surfaces including sanding, filling, and priming to ensure a flawless finish.
- Painting interiors and exteriors with precision and expertise, using a variety of techniques.
- Applying wallpaper and specialist finishes to meet client specifications.
- Working closely with clients to deliver tailored results that match their vision.
- Ensuring all work areas are kept clean and tidy, with full adherence to health and safety protocols.
- Collaborating with team members to complete projects to the highest standards.
Key Requirements:
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Proven experience as a painter and decorator, with at least 3 years in the field.
- Strong proficiency in various painting techniques and wallpaper applications.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence is preferred, but not essential.
- CSCS Cards – We require all our decorators to have CSCS cards for compliance purposes.
